Our Projects

Tikvah's Closet

There are many people who need clothing, especially when it gets cold!  Tikvah's Closet provides clothes to both children and adults who need them year round.  We want to work with different organizations in the community to get clothing to those in need.  If you know of anyone in the Delmarva area who is in need please contact us.  We are also always in need of donations of gently used clothing of all sizes!  Contact us to schedule a drop-off or pick-up.

Tikvah's Pantry

Food is something that people are always in need of.  Tikvah's Pantry is an ongoing project in which we provide baskets of nutritious food to those who are in need.  We accept donations of non-perishable Biblically clean* foods.  We also accept coupons, since one way we acquire the food for Tikvah's Pantry is by taking advantage of sales and coupons so that we purchase items for little to nothing.  Contact us to schedule a drop-off or pick-up.

Handmade Tikvah

At Yesh Tikvah Ministries, we are always looking for new things to do to help people in our community and around the world.  We do projects for organizations like Craft Hope, Enchanted Makeovers, and Days for Girls International, and we do our own projects for different things in our community.  Most of these projects are sewing little things such as aprons, bags, stuffed animals, etc. for people in our community and all around the world.  If you would like to contribute to these projects, contact us and we will let you know what you can do to help!

Special Projects Happening Now

  • Sweaters into Mittens:  We are doing a project in which we convert old sweaters into mittens that we donate to schools for all those little ones who arrive in cold temperatures with icy little hands and fingers.  How can you help?  By donating old sweaters!

We are always looking for new ways to serve our community.  If you would like to partner with us in a special or ongoing project, please contact us, we would love to work with you!

*Biblically clean food meets the requirements of  Leviticus 11.  Please contact us with any questions about this.
